Meet the Climbers
Mike Jolliff, Owner and Operator

Mike first became involved with the tree care industry as a teenager working for his uncle’s tree service in California, where he became familiar with the industry’s art of pruning and technical removal. From here he went on to receive his bachelor’s in Biology at Portland State University in 2005 while continuing to work in the tree care industry. Founder of the company, Mike Jolliff is now a practicing arborist certified by the ISA – International Society of Arboriculture
Chet Fleming, Foreman and Climber
A Northwest Native, Chet started working as a Timber Faller out of
high school. He moved on to the Arboriculture field about 8 years
later and began climbing early on. Chet loves the outdoors and is
regarded as one of the better climbers in the Portland
area. With his 14 years of climbing experience there is
seldom a job Chet can’t do.
Brandon Nealeigh, Climber
Born and raised in Oregon, he didn't have much of a choice but to
love the outdoors. When Brandon returned from the war in
Afghanistan in 2007, he knew he
wanted to work in an exciting field outdoors. He was hired on by All
Around Arbor in 2008 and quickly moved up into a climber's position. He
has proven to be a great asset to the company.
